Thandi Lechelele

Human ResourcesThandi’s passion for social responsibility has resulted in her initiating a CSR program for the company she was with at the time as well as develop a rapport with staff members. This paved the way for her move into the HR department. It is in this department that she was entrusted with the employment equity of the business, the socio-economic development as well as the B-BBEE component of the business.

During her time in HR she gained a wealth of information regarding the B-BBEE codes. Furthermore, she developed leadership and management qualities, she continued to maintain a valuable rapport with staff members which, together with my new-found knowledge ensured that as a Transformation Manager, she added true value to the business.

Her devotion to Transformation provided the foundation for the ability to make strategic proposals and recommendations in-line with the B-BBEE codes whilst maintaining business objectives of the client as a Transformation consultant. As a regular volunteer at a orphanage she is able to further exercise her passion for social responsibility and commitment to the empowerment of the disadvantaged.
